Choosing the right unit
Tell us these five things and we can quote accurately the same day.

| Heaviest load | Sets rated capacity, and capacity falls as lift height rises — so both are quoted together. |
| Maximum lift height | Determines mast type and whether a reach truck is needed instead of a counterbalance forklift. |
| Indoor, outdoor or both | Decides between electric and combustion. Diesel is not run in a closed warehouse. |
| Aisle width | Narrow aisles rule out counterbalance machines regardless of capacity. |
| Hours per shift | Sets battery and charging strategy on electric units, and the service interval on all of them. |
Attachments — clamps, rotators, extensions and side shifts — are sourced on request. Tell us the load rather than the attachment name and we will specify what handles it.
